I'm Dennis, and I work at the interface between planetary physics and Earth System sciences. I explore the interior-atmosphere evolution of Earth and other planets with a focus on the role of life in the intertwined system.
Concerning the urgent issue of climate change, I am also studying the impact of anthropogenic emissions on the Earth System. How can we identify tipping points that shape Earth's climate and our life on Earth? And how can we fight climate change?
As science shall guide our society, I have a passion for making science advances understandable for everyone.
